The guy in the FB post with the limb issue has responded and says it was not a press issue he was drawing the bow back to set peep height and it happened. Mathews wanted the entire bow back and will send him a new one turns out the box the bow came in was damaged and the guy already has his new...

The names on the carbon bows confuse me the RX-9 is faster the the RX-9 ultra . I know the RX9 is a shorter ATA so I guess there are more integration stuff for the ultra?? To me the ultra sounds like it would be faster or is that the old turbo models that where faster..

Yeah I don’t care about the fancy tuning crap i have a bow shop in my house for a reason and I don’t mind shims and love the top hat system on Mathews set em once and be done. I was gonna get a new bow last year and really wanted the Lift but after seeing the limb issues I just decided to wait...
Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts on the new Hoyt’s where they seem pretty fast and pretty expensive as well. Same bows as last year with new cams and shorter limbs. With draw length specific mods as well as floating yokes now..

The things I see from the whitetail line are the pattern that don’t sale well like vias most deer hunters are not wearing that in the deer woods. I’d be shocked if they just released this stuff just to kill it but who knows. I do know I have not seen there more popular patterns in the outlet...
Check out deer crossing archery hunter series arrows cheap and work well they offer a few different ones I use them for 3d cause they are cheap. But some guys online hunt with them. On eBay you can get a dozen victory branded arrows with I think green acres stickers on them for like 59-79 bucks...
Man that stinks sry to hear that man hope you have a back up bow. At least you learned something that will carry over to the next bow. If it was mine I would for sure get it fixed take to the shop you got it from if your able Hoyt may help you out worth a shot I hit my VXR cam on my tree stand...
I’ve had great success with the Qad heads full and swept out to 80 and 90 I’ve moved on to the iron will single bevels. I have found it takes a little more effort to tune fixed heads once you break 290 ish fps which was not an issue until I bumped up to 82 pounds but when I was still at 75-76...
At least it’s free 2 day shipping on the stuff they have. I get free shipping from them anyways cause I spend way too much money with them but it’s never here in 2 days..

Yea the peloton 200 is awesome I have like 6 of them in different colors they are nice for around town as well I was not a big fan of the string fleece but they do block the wind a little better but I was using them for more stand hunting and i think they are a better out west style of hunting...
I found the VXR 28 to be a great shooter I still hunt with mine sometimes and shoot it out past 100 all the time and I shoot it just as good as my longer bows maybe better sometimes. Guess it’s what you get used to for me as whatever bow I’m shooting the most of I feel like it’s the one I’m best...
