Still staying with this MT program. Got a couple miles in before the workout yesterday, and about to go squirrel hunting this morning so I'll get some steps in doing that too.
I got a 2 mile ruck in yesterday, and a 2 mile walk with the dogs this morning. Then spent the rest of today working in the flower beds and mowing here at the house. Grass is already growing here lol.
MT workout again this morning. I'll be working late the next 3 days with playoff games, so my workouts will be limited to mornings only until at least Thursday.

MT workout this morning, it was raining a little too hard to get outside. It's supposed to clear out though so I'll try to get a mile or two in after work.
Today I switched things up, and just started the MT Sandbag 20 workout. It makes you work for sure!! I've always liked their workouts and looks like this one will be awesome too. I'm off today, so I'm headed to scout around and try to find a new hunting spot or two for next fall so I'll get some...
2 miles with the dogs this morning, then a little strength training.
3 sets of 8 BB OH press
1 set of 5 deadlifts
3 sets of DB curls
10 chin ups
Some core work to finish it up.
Some great advice in this thread. I've been doing a lot of sciatica specific stretches I found online. Also, MTNTough has a stretching session for sciatica that is great. I've been feeling pretty much back to normal but still taking it easy on the weights and focusing more on walking/rucking.
