    I personally like a heavy arrow, but either one of those will kill any whitetail in the world and he'll never notice the difference.

    Today I switched things up, and just started the MT Sandbag 20 workout. It makes you work for sure!! I've always liked their workouts and looks like this one will be awesome too. I'm off today, so I'm headed to scout around and try to find a new hunting spot or two for next fall so I'll get some...

    2 miles with the dogs this morning, then a little strength training. 3 sets of 8 BB OH press 1 set of 5 deadlifts 3 sets of DB curls 10 chin ups Some core work to finish it up.

    Sciatica?

    Some great advice in this thread. I've been doing a lot of sciatica specific stretches I found online. Also, MTNTough has a stretching session for sciatica that is great. I've been feeling pretty much back to normal but still taking it easy on the weights and focusing more on walking/rucking.
