My granddaughter is here, and the weather has been great the last few days. We're gonna get our stuff together and go catch some perch this morning.
I think I'm going to work up to a 10K, just because I've never run that far. I'm not going to actually enter a race, just work up to the distance on my own. I got 4.2 miles in today at about an 11:40 pace, which isn't fast lol but I didn't die either.
Finished up the MT Sandbag 20 program. I really like all the MT stuff I've done so far!! Not sure what I'll do next, but I'll start something else next week. I may try to get a couple months of some decent running in before it gets too hot!!
