    About 17 yards on an aoudad ewe. I really try my best to not shoot past 15. I try to set myself up for a 12-15 yard shot if at all possible.

    A little upper body strength training this morning. 5 sets of 5 BP 5 sets of 5 OH BB press 5 sets of 5 BB bent over rows 50 sit ups My granddaughter is here, and the weather has been great the last few days. We're gonna get our stuff together and go catch some perch this morning.

    I think I'm going to work up to a 10K, just because I've never run that far. I'm not going to actually enter a race, just work up to the distance on my own. I got 4.2 miles in today at about an 11:40 pace, which isn't fast lol but I didn't die either.

    Finished up the MT Sandbag 20 program. I really like all the MT stuff I've done so far!! Not sure what I'll do next, but I'll start something else next week. I may try to get a couple months of some decent running in before it gets too hot!!
