We do a horseback riding thing down in Mountain View when we are down there, it's a good time. Recommend the longer ride...too short and it's not that scenic.

Also if anyone has a different outfit they recommend I'd love to hear them. My daughter is tore up...
I've been wanting to try the APE gaiters. They look very nice and well thought out, and every review I've seen has been positive. Just waiting for my OR's to die.

Model 99 in 270 Titus (300 Savage necked down by gunsmith Bliss Titus). It was a loaner from my dad. First rifle I ever kilt anything with was a Sako A5 in 25-06.
It would technically be illegal to hire a random dude...they'd have to be a licensed outfitter licensed in that area. FWP should able to provide a list of licensed outfitters. A UTV or ATV goes a long way in the Breaks, IMO.
Garmin Fenix 3HR. Maybe one day it will die and I'll get a newer one. Or maybe I'll bequeath it to my grandchildren upon my death (my kids are 10 and 6).
I did the smart thing: I gave up before I got started.
Instead I went with the IKEA Pax. I still don't have doors for it, because they didn't offer any off-the-shelf doors that match the cabinets I installed. So I can still see all my stuff, but whatever, I'm not the cleanest/most organized...
The Quantum Pertex Pro is allegedly more breathable as well. Manufacturer markets Quantum Pertex to ultralight gear, the Pro to expedition gear. I'd have to think the Pro is therefore more durable as well.
