It doesn't technically have a membrane, but the 2 layer adhesion process acts like one. The layer of glue that holds the face fabric and lining fabric together acts as a membrane because it fills the porus holes in the face fabric which shuts it down to wind completely.
The Flashstorm imo is designed for early season elk/deer hunters that are dealing with afternoon thunderstorms. If I were in 30 degree weather with rain I would step up in weight.
It’s called Rut Hunting Mule Deer, towards the very bottom of the feed. After about 100 episodes the website archives the post and unfortunately takes the episode off air. So there’s always only 100 episodes and older ones get taken down. @Ryan Avery anyway to change that?

Yeah I mean you don’t need them. I’ve always said the corrugate foundry is a super solid all season type of pant. The 308 would shine over the corrugate in the noise, not that the corrugate is very loud but that’d be an advantage and the 308 would run cooler for warmer weather.
I’ve used it in probably 2 rain squalls, just all I was dealt this year. Otherwise it was in my bag almost all season. It packs down super small which I like. The fit is good. I felt like it did was it was designed to do well
The lined 308 pant kind of feels like the catalyst, but it's a different material. As far as thickness goes they're similar. The regular 308 is a thinner material, a little heavier than the original corrugate. Overall fit and sizing improvement from both the corrugate and catalyst
If you've every felt an under armour tech T, it's about double that thickness. The weave is pretty tight so it shouldn't be too prone to snagging, I didn't have much issue with mine but I was in the alpine most of the time and not busting through brush. That being said it's a light weight set of...
I've been wearing varying versions of the 308 pant for the last 2 seasons and I'm very happy with where it landed, especially for women. I've always opted to wear mens pants because of the sizing and fit issues for me in the women's line, but now that has changed. Both the lined and regular...
The gen 2 head is awesome and I think a great upgrade for folks wanting an arca option along with the reg Outdoorsmans mount. I do like the legs as well, they are nice and sturdy. I have the standard and wish I had the compact, but if you have the cash and are set on carbon, they’re an awesome...
I have both, and I wouldn’t recommend going to the bigger K4 bag. Their bags taper fairly hard at the bottom and makes it seem like the bag is smaller than say a 5k Kifaru. I like the K4, just wish I had a bigger bag.
