You need to point the quiver mount the opposite direction. Currently pointed left in the photo. Make it point to the right.
It’s upside down.
If you look at the bottom of the quiver bracket (in the photo), it’s flat. Rotate your quiver mount 180 so the flat edge is “up” in the photo...

A lot of my problems were solved when I got a bigger sized case. Binos in and out with one hand.
The straps across the back are problematic every time. They cross and get twisted.
The zipper on the accessories pouch is super awkward. Usually leave it 1/2 open.
All in all it works plenty...
Yes, they are swishy. I only noticed the noise below the knees. Gators help. They don’t swish when they’re wet. They don’t swish if you widen your stance when closing the distance.
I have not noticed them getting significantly quieter after multiple washes but having specifically given it much...
I’ve moved toward “multipurpose” hunting gear as well. I like to be able to wear high quality clothes/gear around town without looking like I’m trying to make a statement.

It does not run on my ribs. But it does rub on my sons rib cage when he wears it.
