    @Turkeygetpwnd38 -- It took me a minute to figure out what was going on here. Tricer pan on the MA30 head. Thats smart... So you can glass off tricer and shoot off of the MA30.... I just got the tricer and have my reservations on shooting 8-9 lb gun off of it.

    Seems like the Salmon is the big one. Is the whole thing pretty nasty? Or can you find sections that are more quiet? I want To try a river trip but short of driving to every one and seeing it, not quite sure how to “e scout” that.

    I just sold my 1851 Excel..l upgraded to a 1754 with pods. Running a 40 HDR with an OB Design Turbo, .308 cam, heads, rocker rollers… ya know. Stuff you get off amazon. I will have to get some good photos of the new boat once I get all the turf and stuff done!

    Agreed. Anyone have any ideas on how to start scouting rivers remotely? I mean let’s face it I know i can’t just go hit any River. I’d like to know which sections my boat would be capable of. Maybe studying whitewater forums or River maps? Any thoughts?
