    Boat Latches

    What does it look like with the lid up? Slam latch could work. TH Marine T Handle latch if you want it locking, these are flush. If that were my boat I would just put a rubber draw latch on it. Cheap and effective. The rubber will keep the lid tight so it does not rattle at all.

    Kayak hunting

    I hunt from a 12' Jackson Kilroy. I find that with the right wind I can sneak into areas much quieter and more efficient. It really opens up the possibilities for access. I also have a GPS on the Kayak, makes a big difference in the dark not having to pull out your phone.

    Hunter Safety Certificate

    Most states just need your Hunter Safety Number. They also have no way of even checking if this number is valid. I ran into this last year in Illinois.

    I have had good luck with my Link Micro. Also, if you buy from Trailcam Pro they will take care of all warranty issues and send you a new camera if need be. Much easier than dealing with Spypoint directly.

    Polarized Sunglasses

    Costa 580Gs here too. I was always the one to go through 5 pairs of glasses a year from losing or breaking them. Going on 3 years with these Costa's and aside from a couple very small marks from dropping them they are fine. Try several pairs on as they all fit different.
