    That's funny. Didn't see the protein shaker at the water fountain, flash dance headband grandma, knee wrapper on 135, bench suit for 225, and the chalk man on every equipment he touches. You will also see that guy with an alice pack on the stair master. I'm that guy.

    Bouncing blazer helix jig vs boning tower jig.

    On the tower, how do you wipe off the excess glue? Currently using a Bitz but takes longer and able to wipe off the extra glue with a Q tip.
