Boys and girls, I need to find a good place to dial in my broadheads each year before season. Seems I can never solve this problem - I'm near the front range. I've got a place for field tips but that's it. I don't have the time to drive all the way up to national forest. Suggestions?
Go high if you can. I've hunted the neighboring unit. Stick to dark cover, north and east facing if possible. Glass early and often. I've seen herds of cows and younger Bulls down very low too - a mile away at least when spotted and feeding into cover so thick you'd never get close without them...
