    iPhone with GaiaGPS. Works awesome. I recently upgraded to GaiaGPS Pro, which is maybe $40 a year? I forget. Anyways, imagery quality is excellent and integrates with their web app so you can create polygons and stuff online and sync to phone. I'll never drop $$ on a dedicated GPS unit again.
