The video is still pretty much as good as what your eye would see at long range. But at 1/4 mile or less the video is phenomenal in my opinion. Look up #scopecamadapter on instagram. I think most videos would be taken with point and shoot cameras.
I was running a Canon S110. Now I’m running a Canon G9X. I was using the S110 with a Vortex Razor. I’m now using a Kowa 884 with the G9X.
Tines up make adapters for everything though.
I have only run 3 spotters. A old Bushnell, then upgraded to a gen 1 Vortex Razor. Huge improvement on that jump. I then sold a bunch of shed antlers and had some cash. I bought a Kowa 884. At first I wasn’t sure if there is much difference. After using it for a month now I can tell huge...
Ok that is how mine is too. Thanks man I appreciate your replies. I don’t know anyone around me that has a Kowa so there’s no way of chating to see what’s normal.
Hey guys I just upgraded my spotting scope go to Kowa 88mm with the 25-60 eyepiece. The eyecup has some play in it. Is that normal? My Razor has a much tighter eyecup. I don’t think it will be a deal breaker but just wanted to know if it’s faulty or normal.
Been lurking on and off for years. I just up graded my spotter and wanted to ask guys running the Kowa 884 and TE-11WZ is the eye cup wiggly. Mine is not sure if that’s normal or if I should send it back.
