    Zeiss Conquest V4 3-12x56 Turrets

I purchased a Zeiss V4 Conquest 3-12x56 scope with capped turrets. Zeiss currently has a promotion on to get a custom turret for free with the purchase of a scope. Question is can I order the exposed MOA turret and convert the capped turret to an open/exposed turret like the 4-16 and higher...

Remington 7600 Carbine 35 Whelen Sling

So the pre-1969 worked on a post 1969 gun? Again it makes it hard to trust these manufacturers and know what to purchase. I personally just need to get a strap solution figured out I guess.

Remington 7600 Carbine 35 Whelen Sling

Mine is the synthetic. Great gun based on my trial of a buddies. Measured the barrel tonight and the od comes in at 0.680. The spec on the band I purchased is 0.640" to 0.660". Guess I should have looked a little closer but just assumed it would work for all 7600 models.

Remington 7600 Carbine 35 Whelen Sling

Think they may be. It was darn close but just not enough room to catch any thread with the screw included.

Remington 7600 Carbine 35 Whelen Sling

Looking for a little help. Picked up a Remington 7600 Carbine in 35 Whelen last week. Topped it off with a Leupold Vx3i 1.5-5x20 Duplex. Pretty happy with the over all build and really excited to take it out for some bush nuting for moose. Just need to get a sling installed. Here's wheree...

    Nightforce ATACR 4-16 F1 or F2?

Thx 406Smith. I had found that one as well. Was really hoping for pics with the illumination in the 2 colours at 4x. Just trying to gather all the info I can to make this decision. I really do appreciate your help as this is a really good video.

    Nightforce ATACR 4-16 F1 or F2?

Can any of you guys show some pics with the reticle on 4x (or min for the 5-20) with the green and red illumination?

    Nightforce ATACR 4-16 F1 or F2?

I appreciate your perspective and agree if mostly long distance hunting. I hunt both open fields as well as some bush. Shots could be anywhere from 50 yards to 500 yards as well as low light (limited to ~150 yards). I want a reticle that will function well in all scenarios. I actually...

    Nightforce ATACR 4-16 F1 or F2?

Thinking with the illumination at minimum power the reticle should be prominent enough to see but just need to se some pics to be sure. 3hr drive to the shop that sells the ATACR and won't be able to get up there for quite some time yet. Would like to just order.

    Nightforce ATACR 4-16 F1 or F2?

Thx, curious to see what your reticle looks like as well on the lowest and highest powers.

    Nightforce ATACR 4-16 F1 or F2?

Looking at purchasing a NF ATACR 4-16 in the MOAR reticle. This will be a multi-purpose scope for me for both hunting and range use. Kind of going back and forth between the FFP (F1) and SFP (F2) as I am a little unsure that the F1 reticle will be good at 4x in low light. Curious if anyone...

    Vortex HD LHT

Anyone compared this to the VX-5HD? Comparable glass? The LHT sounds tough and seems like the dialing repeatability and holding zero are doing well just curious about the optical performance (had 2 of the Leupold 3-15 VX-5HD in the past so a good comparison for me and possibly others).

    Vortex HD LHT

Been looking for a new scope and this seems to check all of the boxes aside from the potential reticle bleed problem in some posts. Not so concerned that a reticle has illumination but I am concerned that this reticle may wash out in low light depending on the background and the use of the...
