Tricks, tips and comparisons for BaseMap and OnX Apps

I'm considering onx vs basemap vs gaia. One of the things that I am trouble finding an answer to is whether basemap on an iPhone (I like the price obviously) can act as a handheld GPS for navigation to a treestand in the dark. How does the accuracy of the app in phone compare to a garmin Oregon...

Bumping this up. Great info. On the new CBE Tek Hybrid, the adjustment to align the 3rd axis is done by just moving the bubble, correct?

ACU camo for me. Yes getting the 1000 weight fabric and the standard Kifaru quality made it a no brainer compared to the weight of other packs. Good hunting! Bill

Spike camp and meat hauler. This is my 1st full size pack. After looking and posting around about a couple diff packs. Aron made a reccomendation on this pack and I could not find anything to sway me against it. I'll give some feed back after the 1st load and treadmill climb

A basic point that seems to always be missing in these discussions is that all this only applies if you care to look to see if your bow is level when shooting. If you don't and are canting your bow as your normal operating proceedure than all this means nothing. Going thru the a steps in those...

CBE Tek Hybrid in Cerakote shipping now

Can't wait to get mine. I have cerakote on a custom rifle and it cut down the glare nicely. tic toc

Please define super heavy- ie; an Elk rear quarter with trimmings, a 330" 6x6 head/horns? Thx Also, Justin- any more info on why and what you think would be better in class or for a step up in price point?- Thx again

J34 opinions...

Finally joined after lurking a little bit. Nice group of guys, a couple of familiar 'faces', looks to be a cool place! I am looking at picking up a used Eberlestock J34 and have read the review in the gear articles but it mostly dwells on the 104. For a smaller frame guy like me 5'8"...
