After running two of them last season I can say that they are much more "Bulky" than the Gen 1's. I don't really use all the extra features and I don't care for the new antenna's...the Gen 1 antennas seemed fine. Pic quality is good, range is good but I agree with Kshuter8080, they miss some...
they take good pics, good receiver so they pick up signal where my phone has almost nothing. I like that the XB doesn't use infared. They are large/blocky cameras...my Gen 1's were more compact. I like the antenna better on the Gen 1's. App i sgood and pretty easy to setup.
Looking for feedback on the Reveal X Gen 2's. I have a couple original Reveals and they have been excellent. I'm looking to add a couple more Reveals but there are several new models. If you've had the Reveal X Gen 2's in the field...let me know you thoughts?
Thanks for the reply Billy Goat. It seems some of my sets may require angle compensation and since it won't hurt to have that feature I will get a rangefinder that has it. I was looking at the Vortex 1800 and the Nikon so thanks for the feedback.
Looking for some suggestions for a new range finder for 2022. Archery tree stand hunter, looking for angle compensation, good in low light, clear, reliable.
Thanks for all the feedback guys. I would love to find some public ground to hunt but I'm 10 hours away and lack the time to do proper scouting. I considered a lease and if I could find the right property that may be the best option since it would provide a consistent place and over time you...
Has anyone hunted with Ohio Archery Outfitters? I'm looking for references/experiences with this outfitter. Unfortunately, I bow hunted with the wrong outfitter in Ohio where I was just a number and one of 25 hunters for the week. Looking for a good operation for a 2022 bow hunt. Thanks in...
Axcel Rheotech 4 pin, .019 sight with Doc's Choice - Clear Targets 2x Lens. Like new sight used one season on two deer hunts. Great sight, easy micro adjustment and clear view for longer shots with the 2x lens. Switching to Axcel single pin sight. $230.
I tend to tinker too much sometimes and while initially, (haven't bare shaft tuned yet) the blazers are flying great I always feel like I need more fletching to optimize fixed blade BH flight. Thanks for your feedback.
