    I like the copper in my 243 for deer. In the event that bone is in play, that small fast bullet will just break on through. Now I’m going to go cue up The Doors.

    Seekins Rifles

    Have had the element in 300prc for a couple years now. Great rig, light, accurate. Topped it with the Nx8 and she will reach out for sure! I give it a solid review. I have a Bergara long range from years past that shoots great…but I sure can’t carry it like the seekins.

    Salt, pepper, and OO is hard to beat. Cook medium rare. Certainly one of the best eating pieces of game meat!

    Folks are doing alright. The opener scattered them as usual and they are finding them a little deeper into less roaded terrain. Sitting back tagless this year I got a few updates so far.

    What kind of gun? The folks at gunfighters inc have a pretty darn good selection of "ready to ship" items. I've had their chest holster for a few years and love it.

    What do you do to keep warm on a cot?

    Xped pad. They are tough and double as a great ground pad off the cot too.
