Where are you 2 from? 14000 ft is no joke, and not something a lot of people can handle without preparing their bodies for first. Be safe, people die every year from altitude sickness here.
Both are great triggers. May want to consider using 1 brand, set at the same weight though, that way you are always squeezing the same trigger, more muscle memory perhaps? Just a thought
Just because a company supports hunting, doesnt mean we shouldn't call them out for their BS. I have no respect for any company that sells altitude pills, or testosterone enhancers. they're both snake oil, and show that the company selling them could care less about the people buying their products.
Rocky Mountain Arsenal is a cool place. Honestly, I'd drive through RMNP, and hike elsewhere. its ridiculously busy. East of Winter Park has the Indian Peaks, and James Peak wilderness areas. Get on the CDT and you'll forget all about RMNP.

Only 1 person with zero points did not draw my first choice deer tag. I'm that lucky person lol. Oh well, had to be somebody. In my unit there were actually less people who put in for it 1st choice, but for the first time, a couple people put on for it with 1 point, it's been a 0 point only...
This thread makes me sad. With all the snow weve gotten in Co, its gonna be a while till I can get to my alpine hotspots. Could be a 2 month fishing season this year up high.
I'll do 3 nights max this way. If I'm not getting into elk by night 3, time to find a new area. I hammock camp. Breaking down camp takes 30 mins tops. I'm no where near as tired after hunting this way for 3 days vs having to hike in and out to a campsite everyday.
Big time. I of course work my entire body, but core, and lower body is focused on for packing. I workout every other day, different body part every workout. My knees are not so young anymore, so no squats, but I highly recommend them. 5 sets 6-8 reps. Deadlifts are a must. Probably the most...
