Anyone think the price of these things are to high? Compared to the amount of material on a full size pack I think it’s a little much lol.

I think it’s pretty normal to be freaked out. I can’t comment on back country or hunting in grizzly country but you need to come to the realization that men are the most dangerous thing on the planet especially with a gun. That’s what I tell my kids when we go in the bush. I hunt with a bow...
Do you guys where your harness under your pack straps or do you clip it on your pack ? I’ve never owned a bino harness. I hunt in the bush in Saskatchewan and am thinking of trying for mike deer so I’m gearing up a bit.

Another option is to look into an insulated model. Not sure how cold it is where your at. A fella I work with had one worked very well.

I ran a spot Hogg fast eddie with a three pin. Worked very well. I made the bottom pin correspond with the sight tape. But I’ve switched to a Garmin zero and am never changing back lol.

I’ve had one for a couple years. It works very well. I put a hand warmer in the front kangaroo pocket with my release when I’m sitting. It works well for stand hunting.

Hello, new to this forum. I’m from Saskatchewan Canada. I mostly archery hunting whitetail but am thinking about trying mule deer. I need to read up about binoculars and some gear for stop and stalk hunting.

I’m in the market for some new binos. Kind of seems like you can’t go wrong with vortex. I’m looking at possibly some used binos so there transferable warranty is a big selling feature.
