    Mace c series 8x 10x 42

I prefer them to more expensive glass. You really are getting 90% of the Leica Trinovid or Zeiss Conquest with the C1. Definitely prefer them to the Razor HD.

Reliable scope - Boys first rifle.

Side note… anyone know if the Rokstok will fit on this 110 SBA? Speaking with UnknownMunitions they have them available for the 110 ultralight. I would assume it would be a direct drop in. Thanks!

    Sub-$400 scope for deer

Interesting, as did I. Never had issues with any Aimpoint or Triji. I beat the hell out of my rifles over there, naturally.

    Sub-$400 scope for deer

Not opinion in my personal experience. Not opinion when everyone I know that runs a PST Gen 2 just magically loses zero every year. It has cost more than one in my hunting group an elk. We’ll agree to disagree, I wouldn’t and will never trust them. THAT being said, it is a real shame. I love...

    Sub-$400 scope for deer

Vortex and Leupold scopes are well known to fail or lose zero.

    Sub-$400 scope for deer

I would take the advice stated above. Try and find a Trijicon Huron for that price. I put the 3-12 on my boys 308 and it’s great. Burris FF E1 Maven CRS series (one in classifieds) Are 2 other more reliable options that will suit you better than the Vortex or Leupold.

Any pics? I’ll be using them this year out of a 308, just curious!

Black Ovis Terrace Pant - initial impression

Usually 32/30 or 32/31. Depending on the fit. I like a more athletic fit in jeans also. These fit fairly athletic, but I train legs in the gym quite often. They’re a little more athletic than the Attack or right close to it. FL pants IMO fit more like road hunter pants 😂 Hope that helps...

Black Ovis Terrace Pant - initial impression

I am not sure, I’ll have to look into them more. It isn’t quite as pronounced as others, just the right amount in my opinion.

Black Ovis Terrace Pant - initial impression

These are not loud at all, especially considering how loud the SG pants are. They really do remind me of the Attack in almost every way. I have other BO pieces and have been pretty impressed, especially with their gloves. I used to be exclusively KUIU myself and have branched out. Their pants...

Black Ovis Terrace Pant - initial impression

Just had a set arrive today, wanted to give a little feedback on my thoughts. The closest pant I can compare this to is the KUIU Attack (which I love). Almost as if the Attack and SG De Havilland had a baby. The zipper vents, the feel, and the fit are fairly identical. I feel like they’re a...

    Black Ovis Jacket

Figured I would share. I ordered this to try (can’t hurt for $59.99) and a set of their gaiters for $44. I’ll post my thoughts when it shows! https://www.blackovis.com/blackovis-gunsight-insulated-jacket

Reliable scope - Boys first rifle.

Went out with what little time we had yesterday. Long enough to get him on paper and allow him to get some rounds down range. He’s right over a 1” 3 shot group at 100. Working on his positioning a little and his trigger squeeze. I may also need to fab or modify him a better cheek rest. He...

    Would you buy this scope?

I made it to page 5. I’ll re read the rest of the thread when I get to work, may as well get paid to read it! On another note, I would be in especially around the $1200-$1300 mark. That’s all I am really comfortable spending on a scope and the SHV F1 is where it would fall in line with but lighter!
