I have a like new Thunderbeast 30CB brake (5/8 x24) I would be willing to sell for $100 + shipping. It has <10 rounds shot through it. Was planning to go with a Ultra7 suppressor but ended up going a different route.

Close to 150rnds. Using Federal 215 Match primers. I'm sure someone out there is going to call BS on the velocity but data was confirmed via Labradar and drops out to 1000yds.
Similar results for me. No pressure signs using 70gr H1000 + 180gr Berger Hybrids + ADG brass. Getting 2975fps out of a 20" Proof barrel chambered by Sterling Precision.
I had a Mk5 prior to getting the ATACR. Struggled with RTZ and sent it down the road. Was bummed because I really like the specs on the Mk5. So far, the ATACR has been 100% repeatable. Downside is she's heavy. My rifle build is 9lbs 5oz w/ ATACR, so kinda portly...

I own both VA-5/Slik 634 and RRS BH-40/Ascend setups and much prefer to shoot from a ball head. As others have mentioned, ball heads are more forgiving when ground is uneven (almost always in the field). Same goes for glassing, I don't mess with the tripod legs near as much when using a ball...
