    You can avoid the 1 point issue by either not buying a preference point on zero points or buying a preference point with 1 point being held. That way you go in with 0 or 2 points. Your chance of drawing would of been roughly 60-70% either way instead of 0% with 1 point.

    Checked the app. I ended up drawing General Elk Combo on zero points as a NR. Unsuccessful in Arizona, just waiting on New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah an Pennsylvania.

    Non - Resident here. As of 1:48 ET i was able to sign into MyFWP and it still shows all items still "pending". I applied for Elk Combo - General and its neither successful or unsuccessful.
