    Difficulty finding comfortable pack - lumbar issue

    Many lumbar pads have shims you can remove to reduce the pressure. I used about 80lbs and put it on my Kifaru lumbar pad to flatten it.

    As mentioned above try the stiffer lumbar pad, it made a big difference for my K3. I’ve owned all the major pack brands mentioned. The K3 with stiffer lumbar pad works well for me. Also, check out the new K4 coming out in March.
