    Thanks, it took a while to get it to this point. Going to eventually drop it in a different stock with an adjustable cheek piece and try to find a scope that is a little lighter but still reliable. And yeah, I Love me some bourbon, but finding anything allocated where I am is tough.

    New 6.5x55 barrel, rechamber action, or Seekins 6.0 or 6.5PRC?

    I decided to go the route of having LRI spin up a 6 creedmoor barrel. I am also considering new bottom metal but haven't pulled the trigger on that yet. Can anyone tell me of the bolt for the 6.5x55 will work on the 6 creed? I assume it will but would love some assurance for someone in the know.

    Mine was sub 1 MOA with almost every bullet I tried as long as I was using 4381sc or H4350, but it absolutely LOVED the ABLRs and Bergers.

    I have been on the lookout for a factory take-off but haven't had any luck. Just can't decide which way to go. I am leaning toward buying a separate 7 PRC and then using my manners stock and tikka action to build a 6 mm.

    I do reload exclusively and expect to do the same even if I switch to a 6.5 prc or 6 creed so your point is valid but certainly not a deal breaker.
