Shot a buck this fall with the SB125, slight quarter away with a complete pass through and buried deep in the dirt. Wasn’t a massive blood trail but it was what I would consider a normal archery blood trail. Deer fell over dead inside of 40 yards. Still shaving sharp after pulling out of dirt...
Just switched over to the Stan Perfex, harvested a buck this year using it. I love the multiple configurations and adjustments. You can make to make it for you perfectly.
First year for me using the Arctic shields. They have been great! Keep my feet perfectly comfortable down in the mid 20s. Highly recommend if you get chilly feet.
Campchef woodwind is a great one. There are lots out there and they are all worth the purchase. I just like how the camp chefs you could add accessories if wanted and the ease of cleaning the ash pot with the simple slide.
I’m curious, what did you experience
That made you look in to it? Excessive noise at the shot, a squeak or creaking during the draw? I own a vxr 28 and just want to know what to watch for if need be.
Bought my first PP for Wyoming elk this year and starting to learn more about elk hunting, best zones etc. is there an online elk subscription that’s best to learn the in and outs? Go hunt? Elk101? The Elk Collective?
Been hunting a long time for whitetails in the foothills of Western PA. Bought my first PP for Wyoming elk this year and starting to learn more about heading out west in a few years.
Thanks for the info, I am deciding between this boot and the Nevada. Not sure I want to deal with the upkeep the leather, I can be a bit lazy with boot care.
