    i'm just gonna say it. the Danner Crater Rim hiking boot is NICE!!

    I used too love the Danner Quarry work boot when it was a USA boot, since they've moved manufacturing of these across the water I hate them with a violent loathing. Uncomfortable, heavy feeling, stink like no other. Miss the good ones.

    All mine have started wild meat at around a year. You'd probably want to stear clear of wild pork and bear for a while longer just because of the risk of trichinosis in those meats. I eat them both, but wouldn't risk a toddler on it.

    My VAP's worked great in it until I put Bloodlines in it. I'm sure it stretched. I was Hopi g to order a new gripper for it.
