    Is it all Leopolds

I’m knocking on wood. I’ve yet to have one not hold zero. I’ve had a few vortex break on me. But many of my leupolds are not the newer HD lines (vx6 is of that lineage). We hunt out of a boat. This moose season we put 400ish miles on our rifle that was bouncing around the whole time in a river...

    Is it all Leopolds

I’m using it correctly. Embrace your charismatic role. Don’t fight it. Embrace it. I’m not a convert yet, though I do pause before I buy scopes now. I run to the Bible….i mean scope drop threads…before I buy now.

4 man tent with more than 2 poles?

I owned a 6 and 8 man of the geodesic Alaskan guide tents as well. Just got rid of both this fall. I do plan on buying another 8 man, but will have a stove jack installed. They ain’t light and no way would I pack one anywhere. But if I’m car or boat or atv camping…they are beasts. I just...

4 man tent with more than 2 poles?

I should have remembered the 3 poles. Look for one of the ones I linked. They are a solid tent. I just prefer tipis and floorless shelters.

    Is it all Leopolds

It’s the Rokslide cult mindset. Hate leupold. Love Tikka.

4 man tent with more than 2 poles?

Look into the Kelty gunnison 2.0 tent. I am not a small man, but my wife and I and two dogs were able to fit inside quite comfortably. I was almost 300lbs back then and 5’9”. Dogs were a 70lb lab and 10lb weiner dog.

4 man tent with more than 2 poles?

This is brand new. It’s never been pitched. I ordered it and it arrived and went in a tote. But no worries.

4 man tent with more than 2 poles?

Here is what I have. I’d let it go for $150 and that would include shipping. Or $120 and you pay for shipping. I am in Alaska. https://alpsmountaineering.com/extreme-3-person-outfitter.html

4 man tent with more than 2 poles?

I’m not sure if they have a four man, but my also mountaineering extreme in 3 man has three poles. I’ve never opened this one because I went with tipis after I purchased it. I got tired of bending down to get in and out of a tent. Lol

I can concede that point too. I do like the fen2 stick adjustability and I also like that it’s threaded. But the $350 RA options were lots of bang for the buck.

I’m glad we have options. Imagine a world where we didn’t have options.

Yet I did a quick google search about tikka issues and they are there as well. My uncle lost a magazine on a deer hunt and that was a issue with the mags not seating correctly. My personal t3x I slap the shit out of that mag. My Americans are newer gen 2 now, except for my 300blk out and...

    Mixing camo patterns?

This is a partial truth. It only works when paired with a tikka.

Is the XL a true fit XL or a athletic/slim fit XL? How does it compare fitting to kuiu?

What is awesome about this page. Someone asks for advise with a budget. The Tikka crowd just flat out ignores that budget and make a recommendation for something that is significantly above the budget. Sure a tikka is a “better” rifle. But so is a Barrett fieldcraft. Or a browning hells...

    Mixing camo patterns?

Yeah. You shouldn’t mix. Its been scientifically proven that animals can distinguish the different patterns and won’t come near you. But if you got a tikka and swfa it won’t matter. You can shoot those animals from a mile away.

A uncle of mine had a tikka one that had a magazine fall out. Every gun manufacturer will have some issues. The rotary mags have issues. I never loaded mine with 4 rounds. The gen 2 American has replaced three of my gen1s. I never had a magazine issue with any of my guns. Maybe I’m lucky. That...
