Thanks for responding to my question! I'm thinking of ordering the Tibets and Salewa Rapaces. The Rapace is stiffer than the mountain trainers. I believe I'm right around a D last (my toe box width is 9.8cm on a size 8 US boot) but I have a more narrow heel at 6.5cm. The Salewa rep told me that their wide fit is actually just under 10cm, so those sound perfect for me if the heel ends up being snug enough.
