Hi, I am ready to purchase the stone glacier solo 3300 pack on your site and I have tried calling and it says your closed. I am trying a few different packs and would like to try it on a test hike. I understand if I would damage it I could not return, but it says if used at all cannot be returned. Just curious on your thoughts?
