    The bottom of that lug needs to be bedded so the lug has a solid platform to tighten onto, otherwise it will bend the action.     Used to be a notation on our Oregon license that signing was agreeing to follow regulations, which include stopping at checkpoints as well as producing a license when asked by any law enforcement.

    There isn't a single western state game dept that gets 90-95% of their funding from NR hunters. "Crowding" is an interesting one; hunters are limited by tag quotas. There aren't any more hunters in an area unless its an unlimited OTC area or they increase LQ tags.

    Loosen the action screws a few turns and tap on the heads, repeat. The action will come out. Prying on things is not the way to remove an action that has no clearance.
