That’s the actual real antlers. They have a way of removing the velvet, making replicas from the actual hard horns, then putting the real velvet back onto a replica set… so you are left with your actual hard horns and your actual velvet but on a replica.

That type of pricing effectively lowers the price and therefore increases demand and would have that many more guys lined up for a chance to hunt, regardless of their motivations for wanting to do the hunt. As long as harvest chances stayed reasonable, there would be a lot of interested hunters...
