Quick garage workout with the kids running around:
4x12 bench with cambered bar
4x5 wide-as-possible pull-ups
2x5 single arm KB press
3x3 L-Sit pull-ups
I’ve tried them, I think it was a previous version of them.
I liked the concept etc, but found the sole/tread sucked. ANY water or slipperiness underfoot would cause me to slip and lose footing. If they had a more aggressive tread they’d be great.
60 pommel curls
5x10 incline DB press
2x10 upper back thing
2x10 lat pull downs.
Overdid it on Bulgarian split squats a few days ago and am still walking funny
