    Its sometimes hard to find a insole that is wide enough in the front. We came out with a insole that works in our Super wide boot, probably would work great.

    Yes that is correct, shoes being too narrow can cause a flare up of a neuroma in the ball of the foot. We consider our Super Wide to accommodate feet in the 4E to 6E widths.
