I’ve been doing some version of these three workouts with a mix of body weight exercises and rucking for the past six years. I’m strong as I’ve ever been, but nothing hurts like it used to with conventional lifts. My cardio isn’t too shabby either. I just turned 47 and although I’m not as fast...
I’m a huge fan of kettle bells. These are the three workouts I do the most.

I used only a monopod for a few years and then switched to a tripod. I still would rather use a monopod as it’s way easier, especially on uneven ground. I like to set up my tripod with my rifle and use my monopod for my binos.
Whether a guy uses a laser or not for dry fires really doesn’t matter. The discipline to do each rep correctly is what matters. Otherwise you’re just wasting your time.
I’m a fan of my Aimpoint acro, I’ve been using it for work and play for the past three years. I have used it on a G19, G17, G45 and now I use it on my G34.
I tried the Trijicon RMR, but didn’t care for it.
I have no experience with anything else.
I’ve taken my 11.5” to 600yds on steel, but I’ve only shot small game with it. Most of those shots were under 200yds.
I’m anxious to go after some bigger critters with my 16” though.
