Good info....I forget about KB's.. I'm a big fan of the stepper, which feels similar... working lungs and power at the same time (my take anyway... )

My favorite one, which I incorporate into my leg days, is the stepper pyramid:
Starting at level 2, spend one minute at each level up to level 20, then come back down. Skip the odd levels. Finish this off with 20 minutes of an semi-easy pace...
How do you fuel yourself during big game hunts? How do you combine comfort with utility?
I'm prepping for my first big game elk hunt. Not a huge fan of MREs but they certainly get the job done. I prefer em cold.... just easier that way.
