    Simple, Durable, Dialable, SFP Scope

It’s been flawless on my 30-06 Tikka that rides in the truck with me a lot. Plus, Vortex’s warranty is so good that if something ever does happen, they will take care of you right away. I dropped my Razor HD 10x42 Binos and the diopter ring broke. I sent them a picture and they gave me a...

Vortex Viper HD vs Razor HD 10x42

I’ve looked at a couple of those but I am really tough on my gear. Vortex warranty gives me peace of mind that I don’t think other brands would give me.

Vortex Viper HD vs Razor HD 10x42

I can get a pair for of the Razors right now for $700, which seems like that is the lowest I'll find. I can't really afford above that right now.

    Range finders

I really like the Vortex options. The Viper and Razor are both fast ranging and have some nice features. Vortex's warranty is obviously great. It seems like the lifespan of rangefinders are shorter due to the amount of electronics inside. That's why I think Vortex is a good buy.

Vortex Viper HD vs Razor HD 10x42

Is it worth the upgrade to the Razor HD? Or should I just save up for the UHD? Thanks!

Thoughts on using MR Metcalf for both hunting and camping?

I’m looking at getting a bigger pack for multi-day hunts and hikes. I know the Metcalf can do multi-day hunting but I’m curious if you all think it would work as well as an Osprey for multi-day hiking. Thoughts?

Clothing Advice for Early November Hunt in Montana

The First Lite gear would work well. You’ll want to layer though. You’ll have moments where you sit and glass and you’ll want the jack and bibs on. Then you are climbing mountains going after a deer and you’ll want it off.

Do you still have this pack? One is available near me and I’m wondering if this is still a good option or if I’m better off with something new like the Kuiu.
