Rifle for coyotes

Ive hunted with both, and almost always grab for the bolt action. But I usually am calling with a buddy just in case we call in a double or something like that. I keep the scope at middle power though to pick them up faster, after the first shots fired.

Scope recommendations for Kimber Mountain Ascent?

i would say since you bought a light weight rifle Id save longer and get a swaro I don't have one yet still saving but suppose to be the lightest and clearest on the market. But also comes in at z3 3-10 $729 and 12.6 ounces z5s are more touch more than $1200 leupold vx5 2-10 w/o cds is $749.99...
