I got a Springfield waypoint in 6.5 prc this year as the first rifle I ever purchased. Killed an antelope deer and elk with it this year. It shoots .75 moa. I couldn’t be happier with it.
I currently have a KLX300. It has a hard time climbing hills in the summer for scouting with a heavy pack and overheats often. I wouldn't recommend it.
Hello. I was just wondering if people are using food grade lubricant in their sausage stuffer. My new stuffer is calling for h1 or h3. It sounds a little weird to me, quick research showd that if h1 is over 10 parts per million it’s not safe for human consumption.
I’m in a similar situation moving from the field to a desk. Breaking the day up with short exercises sessions seems to help. I also like to balance on one leg while standing at my desk.
I just got the surist124 delivered today. It is way more stable then my vortex high country tripod, but also heavier. The weight is worth it, I usually only bring a tripod on scouting trips. It has one of the better tripod warranties at 6 years.
