    Step Up Height

    We use 12'' at our gym - the common thought process would be "higher is better" but in reality you rarely step much higher than 12'' while climbing, that's a foot per step.     Pack training

    One day WILL def help, and suffice until you get closer to hunting season. Once you are 4-6 weeks out I'd suggest dropping one of your other sessions to specifically train for the hunt and hit that twice a week. - Jake
