How does this head work? I am looking for one for my manfrotto be free tripod but not sure if it will even fit. I am new to this and don’t know much about them. I have a ball head and was thinking a pan head with handle would be better

Did you like this set up? I'm going back and forth between this head and the Befree live head which weighs less than a pound.
