What are the advantages of using an expanding Mandrel Die vice using a Neck sizing Die?

I have just had the most terrible experience with Hoka shoes and their poor customer service! My treads came unglued after say 6 months. I had to mail them in at my own cost because I bought them at the shoe store at my foot Dr. I sent photos and the receipt and the actual shoes and they said it was not a warranty defect! I could not believe it. Gave several chances for them to rectify but they did not and sent the shoes back to me! The phone, email and text systems were terrible! So disappointing! So now I'm telling the world not to buy Hoka, just like I told them I would!
