I got a MR combo beartooth/sawtooth from them and couldn't be happier, stocking sometimes seems to be an issue but everything I have ordered through them has gone smoothly.

Their freight price for overseas customers (NZ in my case) is better than direct from some manufacturers'. I have just made a useful saving through cheaper freight and a 10% discount on an Initial Accent IA3K pack. Can't comment on their service because I only did this today.
