This rifle is in excellent/ essentially new condition. The only rounds through the rifle were by Cooper Firearms, during their accuracy testing. See picture of test target below. Upgrades to the rifle were made shortly after purchase. These upgrades include; Cerakoting by Eddie at Fosnaugh Customs and the installation of a Seekins Precision SRS rail with sling swivel mount. The rifle has been stored in it's shipping box, since the time of purchase. If you were to build the same rifle the costs would be as follows.
