Hey Rok Blog subscribers, in keeping with my mission of helping you become a better mule deer hunter, I wanted to invite you to my friend Marc “Muleyslayer” Smith’s upcoming seminar. For going on the 10th year, Marc will again be presenting at the Western Hunting Expo in Salt Lake City. His seminar “The Fundamental’s of Hunting Mule Deer” is slated for both Friday, February 14th at 3:00 PM and Saturday, February 15th at 12:30 PM. In this Seminar Marc Smith AKA “Muley Slayer” will discuss the fundamentals of hunting mule deer in all terrain, seasons and elevations. Marc’s #1 hunting style for mule deer is to bowhunt them in the rugged mountainous high country in the early season. However picking up his beloved Weatherby rifles and pursuing them down in the lower country in the general rifle seasons comes in at a very close second!
