I had planned on taking a 6 pound sleeping bag that I already own on my 2015 Alaska Moose Drop Camp (first Alaska hunt), but that really eats into my 50 pound weight limit. If I am so fortunate as to win this contest, my partner will be forever grateful that the weight savings allow me to take a clean pair of underwear, clean socks, and perhaps a small amount of toothpaste/powder. Otherwise, it’s going to be a loooong 14 days in the bush for him!
