Shooting way over target at 100 yards, my scope it bottomed out at the factory zero lock. Gun is tikka t3 300wsm Leupold vx5hd 3-15x44 scope, mountain tactical 20 moa rail, & tps low tings. Do I need to take the zero lock cap off to get more down? And if so will that give me more than 2 turns up once zeroed?

Take the elevation turret off and use a screw driver to adjust your elevation down. Once your zeroed, reinstall the turret. Yes, you will still have 2 turns

Only 2 turns? I thought with the 20 moa Raul it’d give me more elevation dials, but it looks like with this scope it may not?

The rail won't change the number of turns you can get out of the optic. Will just allow your zero to be at the bottom of the full range of the scope. The two turns is a limitation of the dial system. Should be plenty though. I've shot over 800 yards with the two turns. If you need more, zero at 200.
