We're building and I don't have any experience with a zero clearance fireplace. Im looking at the Waterloo FP15a. I'm used to a New Aire. But a New Aire is also 7k more. If you could choose one over the other. What would you choose and why? I plan on using this fireplace to do the majority of the heating

The Lopi endeavor has a very low clearance requirement. I have it and it heats my house great. That’s if you have a little room to spare.
