Northland just posted this on their Facebook page.
They said they should be available in 4-6 weeks.
They also said on the short action the difference between the titanium and steel action is 9.3 ounces. The medium is 10.3 ounces, and the long is 10.8 ounces. This can vary depending on your bolt knob and bold head selection.

ouch..... not unreasonable cnsidering theyre crf, timed for prefits, and can swap bolt heads though
