Anyone have first hand experience or opinions on these? Or the previous models 1013 and the 1214s? Thinking about getting these for an upcoming September elk hunt.

They look identical to the 996 and 1996, but with the tongue gussets being fabric rather than leather, and the obvious variance in color. Tons of reviews on those are available.

I had some 996s, they were great boots! Fit close to Keen for length.
