Youth elk tag states?

Been looking around and curious if there's a state that offers youth elk tags in areas that a youth could hunt in for nonresidents. Any recommendations?

Depends on what you are after, Oregon has OTC damage cow hunts that are pretty easy to fill. ID if you buy a return tag for yourself you can purchase a youth tag as well, ID is expensive for youth since you have to hunt too.

I believe Colorado offers youth tags OTC for ages 12-17 for about $100 nonresident.

Washington out of state youth is the same price as in state youth.
