I’m 6’4” 190lbs and generally wear XL in all my layers. This is sized to fit over all my layers including 2 insulation layers as I generally hunt very cold late season stuff - if that helps with sizing. Waterproof/breathability specs are quite a bit better than anything out there for its overall weight. Very nice jacket
